Well, even though it is already April 19th, I will plunge in with the first of several of the April cocktails.

So today, I am mixing up The Roman Column (for those of you with your textbooks, it is on page 60 of Sandra Lee semi-homemade Cocktail Time)

Mmmmmm….. A creamy concoction including Irish Cream liqueur and Sambucca.  Soooo creamy, but ooops, too easy to slug down.  Like a milkshake but not quite as thick.  But why call it a Roman Column???  Why not an Irish Column, or… ahhhhh, perhaps something to do with the Bucca! Whatever, but do try this at home.

Tip #1: Use a different stirrer for each of your cocktails, so you can keep track of how many you drink – and DO stop yourself!

Well, sorry to say, my evening has been a little on the slow side.  Delicious beverage aside, I had to focus my energies on figuring out this silly blogging software.  I got hubby to help with the mechanics but he got so frustrated with me that at one point he actually called me an idiot – He NEVER says anything like that to me – something about Categories not displaying – whatever.

Tip#2: Be sure to tell your son that it is not polite to laugh at Mom when Hubbie calls her an idiot.

Tip #3: Give Hubbie a Roman Column BEFORE you ask for help with blogging software.

So is this a COCKTAIL RATING of ’Lush it’, ‘Lush it a Lot’ or ‘Leave it’?  I vote: LUSH IT A LOT!
